If your child is absent from or late to school, please ensure that you telephone the school office.
Phone 313-8907, and leave a message or email office@ashleyrakahuri.school.nz (name of child and reason for absence.)
If we haven’t heard from the parents by 9.15 am we will phone you for the safety of our students.
The office or teachers need to be informed if your child has a medical/dental appointment during the day.
If a student is away without a reason they will be entered as an unjustified absence. This can also occur if the explained absence is not within the school’s policy as a justifiable reason for the student to miss school.
