Welcome to Harakeke, We are a Year 2, 3 and 4 collaborative teaching and learning space. Our teaching team comprises of Juanita O’Loughlin and Catherine Graham working with Kererū children (Catherine works on a Tuesday and every second Thursday while Juanita is released in her role as Deputy Principal); Rochelle works Monday to Friday with the Tūi children and Kayleigh works Monday to Friday in Kōtukutuku. We are supported by some wonderful learning assistants. We are really looking forward to a fun–filled and educational year!

It is our goal to create a community of learners who are committed to working hard and having fun along the way. We want tamariki to leave our classroom feeling confident that they can apply what they’ve learned in school to real-life situations.
